Over two summers and winter breaks, I worked at NYC Norton in Jersey City, fabricating parts for race motorcycles and developing restomod concepts.








At NYC Norton, I contributed to both the race team and restomod projects, handling design, fabrication, and process improvement. My work included:







  • Designed and fabricated rear brake hangers for race bikes
  • Created custom primary covers for restomod builds
  • Fabricated custom rear sets (foot pegs)
  • Mocked up heat shields for exhaust systems
  • Machined custom parts on the mill and lathe
  • Reworked the shop's polishing process to improve efficiency
  • Assembled breather kits
  • Repaired and refinished bike frames after crashes
  • Race-prepped and safety-wired bikes before competition
